User Report mail alert

Steps to reproduce this issue:
Hi,
since the new mails had been put in production, the subject of the mail alert does not include the status of the UR in the subject line.

Originally a subject line looks like for example :
A map issue you are following was resolved as ‘not-identified’

Is it possible to get like before the status resolved or Not identified in the subject line for automatic filtering in our mail client please.

Whilst this is being reviewed, can you filter by “not identified” (or any other status) in the body of the emails?

I try it but it is not working at all due to the HTML inside, I think.
