My dashboard is empty. It was fine last night and there is no new status update regarding dashboards.
I have the same issue, it’s all blank. Worked a few hours ago.

Must be another INTL server problem. (Yes, I’m on world.waze.com)
Nothing about it on the status page yet. Just be patient, I’m sure the dashboard will be reanimated soon.

The dashboard takes a few days to start working after you first join Waze… Give it time…
It has been solved now.
It’s been 365 days since I first joined Waze. That should be enough… ![]()
I cannot confirm that the problem has been solved, my dashboard still looks like this:

But it’s not only the points, everything else in my dashboard is empty, too. (Personal details + recent routes = nada)

Sorry, I read the wrong year for your joined date… (it’s to the right of each post)
Make sure you are on the correct Server. Wait, you already said you were… Hmmm…
Try contacting support directly from the NanoRep form on the main support page…
Got it back now, restarted Chrome and it all came back…
same issue like gorodonski … sent already a support request through nanorep

Edit: Hm no, still not entirely fixed. Looked OK on my iPhone, still empty in Chrome and in Firefox everything’s fine but the Ranking:

Internationa server still has the issue. At least for brazilian users.
It works in IE but not in FF.
My problem is that driving sessions still is not up to date.
