A common question and point of confusion for many is regarding certain road stretches or segments on the map—specifically, whether they are highways or belong to a certain Municipality or State.
To clarify and make map editing easier, I have created a spreadsheet containing these Transfer Summaries.
These are donations of stretches from a Federal Highway to States or Municipalities to be integrated into their respective networks, as well as donations made by States or Municipalities to the Federal Government to be integrated into the federal road network.
When federal highways—and this also applies to state highways—are donated to municipalities, they lose their status as a highway and become part of the municipal network, becoming, for example, an avenue.
By accessing the spreadsheet, you have access to the documentation of these donations (Transfer Summary) and the details of the stretches that were donated.

PS: When correcting these stretches, I recommend creating a Map Comment regarding this jurisdiction correction and posting the change in the activity forum of the respective state. Also, include this topic in the post for future reference by other editors.
