Hi all, new user here.
I hoped to add a parking lot road to the following address:
LabCorp
780 Nilles Rd Ste B
Fairfield, Ohio 45014
United States
The segment of Nilles Rd is a Level 3 lock.
I navigated there but was directed to Southview Drive just North of the building, which has no access to the location. Seeing the location marker, seemingly equidistant from Southview Drive and Nilles Rd, makes me suspect that a parking lot / parking road addition could resolve this for future drivers.
Being a new user, I will not be surprised if my idea would not fix the problem. Maybe it is something to do with the address / location marker. I am open to any options and am still learning. Whether another user wants to attempt the edit, or if I might be helped via a temporary Level 3 downlock, I hope to see an edit to assist with successful routing to this place.

The problem is a bit more complicated than you realize, but you are on the right track! 
Waze gets third party search results from Google. The Google pin was way up by Southview Dr, so I believe that is what you were getting routed to and is the crux of the problem. I’ve requested that Google move it, but whether they do or not is out of my hands.
To solve the problem, I fixed up the Waze place for LabCorp and linked it to the Google pin. This way, searches will get routed to the Waze place. You can’t do the linking as a Level 1 editor, but we’re happy to assist.
You will need to remove the previous search result (including removing it from your favorites or your work location if you added it there), then perform a new search for it to work properly.
Without doing anything else, this will now route to Niles Rd right in front of LabCorp. However, I have also downlocked that segment of Niles Rd so that you can now add a parking lot road. In Waze, we value simplicity, so a single segment from Niles Rd up to the end of the parking spaces is all you need. Let us know when you’re done and we’ll check it out and lock Niles Rd back up.

Please change the road type of the parking lot road to Parking Lot Road. With the street selected, under road type there is a drop-down menu. Otherwise, looks good!
