[France] Urgent - Ghost restriction areas

Hi,

I need your help to disable and remove two ghost restriction areas on WME.

Invisible on WME, visible on the client, but causing problems for route calculation and there’s no reason to keep them, as the route proposed first is not the most optimal.

Note: The two restriction areas have been drawn on WME for several months already, but due to bugs on WME they immediately disappeared.

I would recommend someone reaching out to your Community Manager for quicker help.

already done, but it looks like he can’t help us, that’s why I came here.

I’ve opened an internal issue to take a look at this.

I’ll circle back once we have news.

Best,
Maia

Hi again

We found 6 areas in our database that are not visible in WME, in the location you sent us.

They are named “CritAir HighPollution Nord Isère” , with a number going from 0 to 6.

Is it ok to remove them all? Please let me know so we can move forward with the deletion.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

These 6 areas were imported by the staff in 2020. They are therefore also ghosts areas (other bug ?). Please, can you delete them.

The 2 areas to be disable and remove are near “Vienne” and were created 15 days ago.Screenshot_20230722-205818~2.png

The 6 areas have been removed from WME.

All the best,
Maia

Thank you so much,

Hi,

Ghost areas appeared on the map after your intervention (created in 2020 and 2023). Should we disable them before removing some of them ?(unavailable attachment: Screenshot_20230725-212647~2.png) (unavailable attachment: Screenshot_20230725-212550~2.png)

Hi Maiapas,

State of situation :

After your intervention all the areas that were invisible to us, became visible.

Then to correct the problem, I moved the areas out of the city and off the roads, we waited until this morning for the INTL tiles update to confirm that everything was correct.
The problem no longer exists.

We will proceed to delete the areas we do not need.

Many thanks to you and all who helped to resolve the problem :geek:

I will mark the subject as resolved and hope I will not need to comment here again.

Once again, many thanks

Many thanks too for your help,

Happy to help!

Have a great weekend
