WME does not accept removing a closure

The bug is present in beta as well as in prod version.

Several editors failed to remove the closures on segment https://waze.com/fr/editor?env=row&lat=50.43772&lon=4.45101&s=87395607&zoomLevel=19&segments=88197949

The segment currently has two unidirectionnel closures, for the same time period.
The team of editors believe that this was initially created as a single unidirectional closure, and that the software later changed it into two separate closures.
As a consequence, the software is confused by the closures of some nodes.

We suspect that the issue occurred because the closure was originally applied to several adjacent segments, and the closures on the other segments were removed in the mean time.

We decided to preserve the closures in order to assit in the root cause analysis.

Please let us know when diagnostic info has been gathered, and we will eliminate the closures by changing the end time of the closures.

Is this something that can be reproduced elsewhere? If so, what steps are needed to reproduce it?

If it only happens on the single segment or area, it might be better served to be posted in the Beta Local Issues forum since it would not be a reproducible bug.

We did not try reproducing it elsewhere. If Waze does not want to analyse the root cause of that issue, this issue can simply be closed.

We cannot update the closure either, please move into local issues.

Could you please help us with the following:

  1. Can you confirm if you can indeed delete the closure on your end?

I confirm we cannot remove or change the end date of those closures.
I confirm we need both road closures deleted.

Thank you for the confirmation, we’ve opened an internal bug with high priority.

I’ll update you here once the issue is solved.

Could you please share with me if the closure should be deleted as is no longer relevant, or did you want to do edits to the closure?
