Hey all you amazing people. I’ve been using Waze for a few months now; however, starting about last month, when I’ve been trying to report a pothole, I say, “Hey Google, report pothole.” And Google replies with the standard “Ok, I reported a pothole.” Yet no reports ever happen on the map itself, and checking my history, it does not show.
So then I started checking things and found if I press the tiny blue microphone icon and then say “Report pothole,” it then semi-works. It for some reason reports a pothole and a hazard right next to each other.
Is anybody able to assist? I tried to contact Waze support, but they somehow need video evidence and tons of other things I already provided.
