I installed Waze on my girlfriend’s iPhone and tried to log in with my user account, thinking it would be easy to log off this account from the client.
Apparently I was wrong: there is only the possibility to switch user on the client they only give the option to create a new account on the welcome screen, after the first use of the app…I also tried to create a new user from the website, but to no avail…

Delete the app and reinstall. Then sign up for a new Waze account. I don’t recommend using Facebook to sign up, but connect it later if desired.

I thought there was a cleaner way to achieve this, plus I wasn’t sure it would not save my account and settings when I delete the app, but it did the trick!

I have the similar problem. before the aplication ask me do you change your relation PIN? I say yes and was change, but now i don´t can create or change my acount. i need use the aplication but I don´t have the other device for uninstall the aplication.

I need to change my user name. I would prefer to reset it. How do I do this? I understand how to create a new account but I created a group n I realized my user name appears as creator, not my nickname. This upsets me. Please some one help me delete group and/or reset user name. Thx!
Send a message through nanorep (support menu) and ask to change you’re username.
