Just checked the AU Unlock and Update Requests section of the forum and don’t see a unlock request for the 10th April.
There is one made on the 6th and the next one is the 12th April.

Rank upgrades are a different story
In my experience rank upgrades can take many weeks, Its always been like that. Most stuff involving WazeHQ has always been like that in my experience. Anything the community has control of is much faster.
I’ve applied for a rank upgrade 3 for a user in NZ and I’ve haven’t had a reply in a week and I expect it will just get rubber stamped based on the fact that he has completed the required points and recommend by a CM. I’d expect that anything more complex will take longer?
Mine is just a simple request for an upgrade from level 2 to level 3. With further information supplied. But not asking for anything extra. So a simple request.
