I’m wondering what level editors have access to the Closure tab when editing road segments. According to the wiki https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Real_time_closures, this should be Level 3 or higher. However, it may be country-dependent. I’m Level 3 & can’t access that tab.
Yeah I believe it is level 4. I have access to it.
Hrm, alright, I made that change because from the annoucement I believe that it was for for global, however, as it may only be country dependent (or more likely, server dependent) I will revise the change and adjust it only in the USA Wazeopedia.

Don’t know, but the associated Google Place feature was recently lowered to L3 so it must be possible
If I am reading right, it was set for the UK to be three as well.
Might just be a down under thing?
