Hello, I am a level I editor and unable to post a closure. I-41 NB in Appleton WI Exit 139 WIS15/CH-OO/to CH-A/Northland Ave is NOT open. Waze insists that I take the exit and that area is still closed for construction.

Is the whole exit (both to eb and wb W Northland Ave) closed or just one of the spurs? This will help get the ramp properly closed.

I’ve extended the closure until 9/26 I don’t see any dates on our DOT pages.
Thanks, Yes the entire thing is closed. The only open exit is the southbound one to HWY 15 which has been open the entire time. That whole area remains under construction with no apparent completion date at this time.
WI DOT page states the following:
Long Term Closures
WIS 15/County OO/Northland Avenue over I-41 is closed through fall 2025.
NB and SB I-41 on-ramps from WIS 15/County OO/Northland Avenue are closed through fall 2025.
NB I-41 off-ramp to County OO/Northland Avenue is closed through fall 2025.
SB I-41 off-ramp at WIS 15 is PARTIALLY CLOSED (allowing right turns only).
They will need to show closed longer than 8/22. This can really screw people up that are not familiar with the area. If they are told to take that exit they have to go another 2.2 miles before they can turn around.

Wanted to update on the I-41 construction. The southbound exit to WI-15 off of I-41 is now open. The HWY 15/northland bridge is open. The SOUTHBOUND exit to WI-15 off of I-41 is closed. Finally the Wisconsin Avenue southbound exit off I-41 is now OPEN.
