I-57 & IL 13 Diverging Diamond Interchange

People have been reporting missing roads and improper directions around this new construction recently and I can’t say I’m surprised. I read somewhere that this interchange is the first of it’s kind in the state.

The first problem I see is “Exit 54B Morgan Ave” ending without a connection to Morgan Ave but I’m sure there’s more.
