Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
I wanted to add a segment to an intersection, but I didn’t see that there was a JB. A node was disconnected in the JB, and I can’t delete JB to fix the problem,

Update : The JB (ID 143049) has been deleted, but this segment can’t be deleted (segment is part of a JB)

The association of the segment with the JB disappeared today. The segment has been able to be deleted.

Thank you for reporting this.
The system had detected the issue which allowed the team to manually fix the JB data. Please let me know if any further assistance is needed.
Just a quick heads-up: there is a fix in the pipeline to prevent this from recurring - I will let you now once it has been deployed to production.
