Hello, I have lost my account, I reset my phone to factory settings to find that the app on my phone was missing. Therefore I re-downloaded Waze, and I forgot my username + password. However, there are only a certain amount of usernames that I would of used, and the same with passwords. So I tried all the usernames with all my passwords, and none of them worked.
I then obviously tried pressing, ‘forgot password’, typed in my only email address, to find a message saying that it wasn’t on your records?
I have had the account for a while and enjoy Waze a lot, so I really don’t want to loose all the points I collected.

Last Name: ****
Email: ****
Rank: Grown up (but only about 900 points away from Waze Warrior)
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S (Android)
The account was also connected up to Facebook…
I would be very grateful if you could be able to restore my Waze points and username.

Please contact Waze support at: https://www.waze.com/support/. User the quick help box and you will be able to submit an email after typing in your problem. The forums are mainly monitored by fellow users.
I edited out your personal information since anyone can read it.
Personalized issues should be taken to waze support via the quick help section of the support webpage.
But… did the website ask you to login to get to post in the forum?
If yes… In theory (it can get out of sync), the username/password you use for the website/forum, is the same as what you use on the device.
I made a new account, to make a topic on this forum.
I don’t understand this quick help section on the support page?
What am I to write?
Type something like “I forgot my username”. Then you will get results. If nothing there helps you figure it out, there will be a link at the bottom to “email an agent”. Then you can provide your personal info there and they will get back to you (give them a few days though).
