I use Waze from many time. Today after a hard reset of my phone I lost my account and the points associated too.
I had to create a new one!
My old username was peps88 but I had not associate password and email to this username. Only my telephone number.
How can I recover my points?

Nobody on this forum has access to the accounts database, that is something only Waze staff can look into.

If yes and nothing worked you should contact staff directly by opening a ticket through the Google support pages for Waze.
