Possibility restore previous account (username)

I use waze several time. Then reset phone to factory defaults.
When I again install waze and try authenticate it said something like (from memory) “Hello Hubbitus unfortunately we tried hard but can’t recover your account and data”. I proceed recovery by mobile phone number and register now HubbitusPahan account. It have 0 point. I have not very much point before, but really want recovery username Hubbistus which waze now speak taken. Both accounts use one mobile phone. I do not remember I entered email address before. I search through FAQ and waze help, but did not found any guidelines for that. Is it possible? What should be my next steps?

Could you tell us which steps you tried thus far? (which help pages have you seen?)

I have tried switch account https://support.google.com/waze/answer/6306513?ref_topic=6262562&vid=1-635761859265959154-658048314 and recovery password from site. Receive SMS proceed registration, but only may select other username, not previous.

Does waze have any support except community forums?

Community forums are just community forums with community members, they are not official support offered by any paid employees. The Waze staff doesn’t answer questions here.
Their official support platform is the one you’ve tried already.

I do not set password on previous account. So, I have tried login with facebook too (https://support.google.com/waze/troubleshooter/6270803?ref_topic=6263211#ts=6270852%2C6272582).
It again verificate my phone number, but also does not allow set username Hubbitus.

I guess the hints didn’t work :slight_smile:
