I don’t think you should after reading the release thread. There are a number of comments regarding this issue persisting.

The problem is still there in WME and WME Beta.
I still see the issue in production ~ incognito with no scripts/extensions.
Here you see where I add a segment to cut a segment and then drag the segment to another part to do a second cut and it fails to connect.
But if I do same thing but I use 2 different segment to do the cutting, it works.
