Incorrect turn restriction in place - Junction 20723390

Junction 20723390 is marked as having a Southbound left turn restriction when in fact, there should NOT be one. Left turns ARE allowed at that intersection. I tried editing it myself, but although it isn’t “locked”, it still won’t allow me to change it to a green “Left Turn Allowed” state. I have successfully fixed one or two other errors in the neighborhood, but that one will not budge. I don’t know why.

I tried searching the Wiki editing manual and the forums prior to asking this, but have been unable to come up with a solution that works. I throw myself on the mercy of anyone that knows more about these things than I.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer!

Dave

The segment on the other side was locked. Now unlocked for you.

I added info in the Wiki here http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Locked_segment#What_is_a_locked_road.3F for this topic.

Oh my…I could’ve sworn I checked that! embarassed

Anyway, sorry… and thank you so much! I really appreciate it.

Best regards,
Dave S.

Oh sorry for the confusion. I JUST added that to the Wiki BECAUSE you asked the question.

I checked all of the adjoining segments for incorrect for incorrect restrictions, but didn’t notice the lock. Still not sure why it prevented editing an unlocked segment, even if they were touching.

But thanks again! Glad to help (indirectly) improve the Wiki. LOL

The turn restriction controls of a segment that touch a locked segment cannot be changed because the junction itself gets locked by the locked segment that touches it. Hopefully that makes sense.

Perfectly.
