Is it possible to enter somewhere the GPS coordinates of the place I am trying to reach?

Have you tried simply entering them into the search box?

Yes, in the format N42 XX.YYY, E23 XX.YYY but nothing really happened

Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work this way. For example when I type the coordinates 42.71247, 23.31977 in google maps, it retrieves exactly the place I want (in Sofia), and if I type the same in Waze, it shows something in Saudi Arabia.

Did you try them the other way around? (23.31977,42.71247)

Entering your coordinates the other way around in Google Maps also shows you something in Saudi Arabia.
