In North Little Rock, Crystal Hill Road just west of the intersection with North shore Drive. There is a small island in the middle of Crystal Hill Road.
When I drive up from Cooks Landing Waze instructs me to turn left from Cooks Landing Road on Young road (just west of the circle K) to then turn left on Crystal Hill Road. You cannot turn left from Young Road onto Crystal Hill Road because of the small island.

Thanks for the report. If I am understanding your issue, you are saying that you can’t make this left turn.
