L4 closure, Lanarkshire

Two URs here and here indicate the same TNA - though I can’t find any information about it in the usual places.

There is a closure much further up Greenlees Rd (Scottish Water, near the railway) which ends tonight - but this clearly isn’t related to that.

It looks like this request got overlooked, and those URs have now disappeared so I assume the closure is no longer needed?
