This segment is not only time restricted, but also not usable for vehicles over 7 feet wide. Checking StreetView, I found that some time restrictions entered on this segment need modification. Vehicles types should be also modified to exclude ones which are typically over 7 feet wide. Please unlock to L3 so I can make such changes.

Getting the time restrictions right would be very useful.
Width restrictions are less important, by all means put them in for your satisfaction, but the Waze app has no idea what vehicle is being driven, and assumes a (narrow) private car. Also be aware that the vehicle type restriction input seems back-to-front, you put a little ‘X’ by every restricted vehicle type, e.g. for a bus-only lane you check every vehicle type except buses.
