I’m level 1 and need level 2+ review of the existing pending place-update request for Benovia Winery, 3339 Hartman Ln, Santa Rosa, California. Place ID: 155451777.1554517768.2988411.

The sole listed change is STOP POINT. It places the guest arrival point beside the Hartman driveway, segment 5404966, just inside the front gate near operator reference 38.4767534, -122.7980746. The reference was taken inside looking out; it is not a surveyed barrier coordinate. The entrance pillars and driveway align in the current WME imagery.

Public winery guests must use Hartman. The private back gate reached from Willowside Ranch Road is unavailable to guests. Published visitor guidance: Contact Us - Benovia Winery | Santa Rosa, California

The rear driveway, segment 538629928, is already a level-4 Private road. Please preserve authorized access, the existing business point/address, and road geometry. Do not close or privatize Willowside Ranch Road.

This asks for review of the saved PUR; an earlier general Live Map report was received on October 2. The stop-point correction is still pending and guest arrival has not yet been verified. Please confirm when the PUR is approved so routing can be checked.

I have updated the place to route to the actual winery rather than the entrance.

Could you restore the place address to 3339 Hartman Ln, Santa Rosa, as listed on Benovia’s contact page linked above? Guest arrivals must use the Hartman entrance. Benovia’s private, code-controlled rear gate from Willowside Ranch Road is unavailable to winery guests.

A dropped-pin test near the Willowside junction (38.4783484, -122.80478006) still returns a 2-minute/0.2-mile route through the private rear driveway. The precise road snap needs checking:

A second test from clearly public Willowside Ranch Rd farther north (38.48070472, -122.80583733) uses Olivet/Piner/Hartman, 10 minutes/4.2 miles, so the junction test may be a road-snapping issue.

Could you adjust the entry point or access configuration as appropriate so guests reach the actual winery through Hartman, while preserving authorized rear access and public Willowside Ranch Road?

The change I made to the address was adding the city. I didn’t change anything else.

This location is to the winery, not outside the winery. Here’s a test on Livemap from just outside the private, rear driveway. That’s just a test and the only way to be positive is a test using the app as there are slight differences. With that said, we have that entrance 100% restricted. No guest should ever be routed that way. My own tests with the app only use the desired entrance.

The current WME Street field still shows Willowside Ranch Rd with house number 3339. Benovia’s official contact page linked above lists 3339 Hartman Ln. Could you correct that street field while keeping the interior winery arrival and existing ingress restriction?

Our Live Map tests from the airport and a clearly public point on Willowside both use Hartman. Confirmation by the winery operator in the Waze app is still pending.
