I believe we follow the municipalities’ road network maps to classify our roads, right?
I found the one for Burnaby, BC here (page 34):

As a result, Still Creek Dr/Ave and Myrtle St should be made to a Primary Street, as it is a Major Collector - Primary type.

I just spent a couple of hours unsplitting 200st in Langley, so obviously give yourself some time… Another major unsplit is the length of King George Blvd which is probably about 15km of road…
