You have to submit a PL selecting all the segments touching the junction whose turn permissions you need to change in order to be able to do so.

Sorry, but I figured the segment I provided was enough information to figure it out. Clearly this is a flawed system. It would be nice if I could mark the update I want made and it would have to be approved by a higher rank, but I guess that’s not within the capabilities of this system.
You have to realize this is a request forum. Making it easy for the higher ranks, many of whom are on mobile devices during business hours, is what we lower editors should do. That includes selecting everything that needs to be lowered so we can fix turns.
Phones are terrible for zooming and “impossible” to select multiple segments at a time so having everything preselected helps process your request in a timely manner.
The information is out there to properly submit a request.
The PL is still not going to let you update that. You need to select every segment touching that junction with rte 202 southbound and get them all unlocked, regardless of whether any particular segment has to do with the turn you’re trying to fix.
I’m not here to judge system flaws, but I do often try to keep up with requests on my iPad when I don’t have a computer I can use nearby, and it is extremely difficult if not impossible to select segments myself on the touch screen.

It currently shows North Branch River Rd off of US-202 being only one-way, but it’s not. It needs a few turn and direction modifications.

Check the current lock level of your most recent PL and start a new topic. That PL cannot be lowered or fixed by an L5 editor.
Oh, my apologies; I thought they were all 5 or less, but there is one that is a 6. I’ll submit a new topic for that one.
But the original one may be locked back up to its original level.
