Hello,

There are two PLR that are locked at lvl 5 and are designated as toll roads. I stumbled upon it while doing a PLA. Can someone please unlock those roads so I can uncheck the toll road. Below is the combined permalink of the two sections.

When something is locked that high, there might be something else going on. I agree this seems to be an error, but I suggest you check with the last editor to make sure there isn’t some reason for this.

Wait for reply and if there is no reason for L5 please ask to DL all PLRs in this area.
Then you can also remove “softturns”
