Could someone level 5 or higher please unlock this segment? It shows that the transition to the next segment is marked as not allowed. You could probably fix this more easily than unlocking it. This will solve a System detected problem.

I want ahead and fixed and fixed the node in question for turn restrictions. Like you said it was quick and simple so I fixed it. I left the problem there for you to close. Also, there is some work that needs to be done just east of that node (ie junctions where there shouldn’t be) etc. If you can edit over that way that probably needs to be done pretty quickly. Looks like most of it is unlocked. You can PM me or post again here if you need something else unlocked.
Thanks for fixing it. I was able to fix one junction nearby, but the nearest one is partially locked. I fixed the half I was able to change.
