This segment of John Young Pkwy needs to allow a U-turn onto https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-81.41401&lat=28.55776&s=3644695&zoom=6&segments=503630834, otherwise Waze will instruct you to drive much further down to be able to make a U-turn.
