Parkerville Rd and Turnpike Rd (Route 9). Route 9 is divided so only right turns are possible onto Parkerville Rd, but Waze thinks left turns (and driving straight across) is possible.

I am a lowly level 1 editor and wouldn’t even know how to make the change.
