Need a junction point created on Millich Drive to connect to private driveway into multi-unit complex with all turns allowed.

All of the Private Road segments in that area seem to be more appropriately set to Parking Lot Road (PLR).
Generally speaking, Private Roads are used only for areas with controlled access, such as gates and security checkpoints. I do not see any kind of controlled access for those. They also have only one access point, so Waze would never route anyone onto them to bypass traffic anyway.

I also went ahead and changed the other roads in this complex to parking lot road (from private) based on the article you referred to. And verified all the house numbering since I’m quite familiar with all the numbering in this townhouse complex.
Thanks again for letting me do the edits, it helps me to learn as I want to advance. Things can be switched back to Level 2 again now, unless you see anything else you’d like me to fix up.
PS - there are some place updates, also here in Campbell, that have been sitting on the map since June, Psycho Donuts is one of them. Unfortunately they require a level 4 editor so I can’t touch them even though I can verify all of the info. Should I request an Unlock for those as well, so that I can complete those requested edits, even though it’s a much greater level difference between 1 and 4?

The change to Parking Lot Roads (PLRs) looks good! Thanks for doing that.
Generally speaking, House Numbers (HNs) are not active/searchable within Waze until they are confirmed by an editor. Select one. You will see an editor’s name attached if it is confirmed. If you don’t see a name, move it slightly and save. Then you must trigger a map tile update for them to actually become active. Do that by saving a nearby road segment, which is a different save from when you saved the HNs. (Confused yet?) I took care of this, but just so you know for future reference.
Have you read the Best Map Editing Practice wiki? Map editing can be rather complicated, and that wiki will give you a good run-down. You can find it here. And it will link to many other pages that will keep you plenty busy.
Those Place upates are locked beyond my level, too, or I would help. Yes, you can request an unlock (or update) request for them as well. Or you can ask in Waze Map Editor (WME) chat; provide a city & state with them, because not everyone can edit everywhere.
