Reason for request:
Add driveways for a couple of businesses. Fourth Lock and Guardian Pharmacy

The entrance to Fourth Lock is hard to see on a corner and a PLR would help with navigation and identify the location while driving.

the place, you can just make the changes and we’ll get it approved.

For the Guardian PLR, the satellite view looks like its a yellow zebra median, not sure about NS, but out west here, zebra median means cheap concrete medians, so the left turns would not be allowed.

Updated and checked. Streetview is more recent than the sat view - they’ve added a turn lane southbound for Millar Lake that extends back to the Guardian.
I drove the route and double-checked for other businesses, and added two more.
