U-turn is allowed on Nichols Road North bound to South bound and shows it visually on the app. However, turn instructions for the U-turn starts with: turn left on Nesconset Hwy.

At this time, this behavior is normal and expected. You are actually turning left on Nesconset first then left again, but all in one move. Until Waze makes changes to the routing server and app to give proper instructions for u-turns like this, there is nothing we will do to fudge the map to make it behave as expected.
