Looking at the aerial I think I see what they’re talking about, but wouldn’t want to mess with this without being more familiar with the area even if I could. Since it’s interstate, it’s all L5 locked.
The highway does split due to construction. There are plenty of signs in the area warning that this is about to happen, and where one needs to be to get to the exit (it’s only accessible from the right lane)
OK, so it’s just temporary for construction? In that case, I’ll make a note on the UR that it’s not worth changing until the construction is done and then having to change it back.
The construction should go on for quite awhile… the existing highway should be branched and the existing section changed to a ramp

I agree with djsmith89 – the change should be made. I actually (independently) posted a request in the “US unlock and update request” forum a couple of days ago.
I just drove this stretch yesterday and added UR markers to more accurately display this, I still need a L5 to make the changes though.
