Lock 1 - No Permission - Add Place

Hi,

It has been a while since I have added a place in Waze. I had done it back then when I could do it in the App on the phone; but that looks like it’s no longer possible except for edits.

Therefore I tried to edit it in the Waze Maps Editor, but it’s showing me the message: “You do not have permission to make some of the changes”. What am I supposed to do next in order for the place to be added?

I approved your submission for Pokitrition yesterday. While there, I updated, or harmonized, all the relevant data for the Place Point (PP). Upon doing so, I updated the lock level to L3, so that it would not be damaged or deleted by a less experienced editor.
