The Lock North-up option doesn’t exist anymore!! Frankly, I find the map spinning around is of NO use to me. Who reads a map by spinning it around as you drive. I regrettably use Google maps now

You can enable North-up by touching the main screen and then touching “compass” icon.
This option still exists as I use it.
As krzycholub state, you currently can enable it by tapping the compass that appears when you tap on the map screen. It is currently removed from the map and display settings on Android, but should return in an update soon.
