Why the change in the screen view?

About 2-3 weeks ago, the screen view changed; it is now difficult to follow the directions on the screen.

It used to have your vehicle on the bottom, driving “up” the screen, and it was easy to follow the road and know when to turn. The view is now turned around or even showing you traveling at a downward angle.

It is no longer easy to follow the directions. Please convert it back to how it was.

It sounds like you might have changed your map settings to “north up”, which locks your map as if you were using a paper one. Can you to into your Waze settings > Map display > Keep map north up and ensure it’s turned off?
