Hello. I have some update requests that require Level 5 intervention. Any idea why Waze would send these users around the cloverleaf only to make a U-turn instead of using the ramp that sends them in the correct direction in the first place? All the junctions appear to be correct as near as I can determine.

There is a similar circumstance here in Newport News.
