Is there a way to manage & sync favorites through the waze website?
I am a registered user but do not see any elements other than “Your recent routes” about my trips.

Not currently. It’s been suggested and is being reviewed/considered, but they’re working on revenue-generating features first.
I am planning a trip the end of next month and have 4 different addresses that I would like to put into Favorites. Doing it via the Web would be ideal so I look forward to that option being available in the future.
You do know you can do it via app, right? 
And, if the location isn’t exactly correct on an address search, once it is on the screen, use the More button and select Show on Map. From there, you can tap-hold on the precise location and add your favorite.
