Merge accounts?

I somehow wound up with two usernames for this site, and the one linked to my primary email address is not the one I want to keep. Inversely, the username I’m using right now, the one I prefer, is linked to my secondary email address. How do I get in touch with someone who can solve this?

If you find out, let me know. I’ve asked this a couple of times

Merging 2accounts is not possible for yourself or us.
All you can do is writing a support ticket , which you’ll find after some search here

Are you sure that option EXISTS on that page? I’ve looked everywhere.

Waze is a fun app and pretty useful, but the “support” leaves much to be desired, such as actually being able to get any.

This directs to the FAQ and after searching it just gives the reply -
“We cannot merge accounts. Please use one account and work your way up the ranks” AGAIN.
I have the same problem. I am an area manager twice. With 2 different accounts.
It does seem daft that accounts cannot be merged, with all points being added and areas controlled merged along with all thanks etc.
What happens when someone loses their phone and has to get a new one? The app registers their new phone number and then opens a new account!!! Or the other situation, when you travel to a new country for a holiday etc and your phone does not work (China for example needs a new sim and number to work), you have to purchase a local sim card and this gives you a new number!! New number, new registration, new login.
Maybe everyone should travel to new countries, get new local phone numbers, new accounts, and when the system overloads with all the new redundant accounts, someone will look into merging account!

I’ve broken my phone, got a new one and installed waze on the new phone without opening a new account.

I have used sim cards in my phone in foreign countries and run waze without a new registration or new login.

Never tried. But should be possible. Simply enter your existing name and password when logging in. The phone number is for verification and friends-features.

When was it? Remember that it often takes a week or two until points are shown correctly.

Or: did he had a proper registered account before? Had a similar issue with a friend. She never logged in with a proper account. (She had set up waze without logging in correctly back then. So after trying to log in with the new number all was lost. )

I’ve download the Waze app on my phone, try to registering an account on my phone and then use the app to flag accident on the road, and open the app one day after and see that no account was linked to my account. I’ve try to add again a picture and make the home and work settings.

Finally, it’s seems that i have marcandrebeauchamp and marcandrebeauchampca created by me.
Is it possible to help me to link this two account or simply add the point i’ve on marcandrebeauchamp to marcandrebeauchampca (wich is my current stable account) ?

Waze is not able to merge accounts. It is recommended you use an email to sign in to your account as opposed to a phone number.
