I recently started using waze again and had not logged in but was using it as a temporary profile. I went to register only to realize I had set up an account from a few years ago, but when I logged in as that, I am not seeing any of the data from the temporary profile. Is there anyway to merge these? If not, is it possible to delete my old account and then register under that same user name from the temporary profile?

I am having a similar issue. I’ve been using the app on my iphone but under an old email address that I no longer have access to or have the password to. In order to update the app, I had to delete it and then reinstall, assuming that the info would just ‘merge’. Well unfortunately it didn’t and I no longer have my account.
I have created a new one just so I can post this, but I would like to know how to get my old account back and that has set up all my drives, my points, etc.
Any help would be appreciated!! 
It is unlikely, but you can try using the “Ask a Question” form on the /Support page. Click through several times until you get “send us an email” or something similar at the bottom of the box. Fill in your request.
I don’t think so. I had not logged in with facebook and am not seeing anything about world_xxx. My sign-in screen looked like 1.jpg as I had been using it without being logged in. I then entered my old credentials from a couple of years ago and am no longer seeing all the data that I had acumulated while not being logged in. I am wanting to get that data back if possible, ideally by merging it with my old account. If that is not possible I am ok with deleting my old account and creating a new one (with the same ID), I am just not sure how I would go about doing that.
