There was 2 MTE on one segment which closure 1WS of A>B 9Mac 2100 till 10mac 1200
and 2WS 10mac 0800 to 1300 (A>B was set 1201 to 1300 after first RTC end)
RTC
When the 1WS ended at 1200, the second RTC not came to LIVE at 1201 and stay not started
The RTC itself seem not cleared after past the set up time.
MTE
Both MTE was not announced and marked Ready*
