My dashboard is completely empty of information aside from my account info. No recent trips show, and all the info in the top right is at “0”.
Checking my scoreboard it looks like the data is still there.
Looking on the correct server?
I have seen the same behavior too, intermittently, over the past few days. Always on the correct server. When it happens, reloading the dashboard takes an unusually long time, so I suspect it’s just a timeout reaching the server. After a few minutes, the reload goes more quickly again and the real figures appear.
I always go to the same server, yes.
And the problem appears to be semi-fixed a the moment, have all the data except my recent trips info. That hasn’t been there for several days now.
Recently “Recent trips” are removed from there. Go to the livemap, then editor. There you find “my drives” under “my places”.
My dashboard is empty as well since a few good day. Many roads I paved at the beginning of the week are totally missing and havent showed up in “drives” as well. Given the fact that waze is so volunteer and most of my late works dont show up or are lost I’m not sure it was a good idea to come back to waze again.
Eh, what’s driving me a little crazy are people that are selecting entire shopping centers and calling the entire thing a parking lot.
I’m apparently having the same issue here. My Dashboard hasn’t updated points, routes, ranks, data, etc for the past 3 or 4 days. I know I’ve driven about 300 miles since the last update, and logged about 50-100 alerts - none of which have appeared… :?
Yep, that’s where they are now. Unfortunately In dashboard you had option to have distance in miles or kilometers. No option in Drives. My routes are back to Km’s, not miles 
Same here my Dashboard is empty too hopefully things will solved soon.After i have read the forum now i understand that i have logged into the wrong server. My Dashboard is not empty now. :lol: :lol:
