When driving south-west on Rue Chabanel Ouest from Boulevard St-Laurent to Rue Meilleur (not inclusively), all the left turns going to a south-east one-way street are impossible due to a “terre-plein” in the middle of Chabanel.

There is a lot of problem in Montreal. And to what i see the guy who edited the map just enabled all connection to every street on each road ! this is totally stupid ! i modified a lot of street and my modification has been erased ! a lot of street indication are wrong and for the downtown i dont wanna talk about it. A chance i know where im going and i just want point because serisouly i would be pissed off
We really need a CM to look into this, the user is still locking everything in and outside Montreal. That makes a lot of cities that are locked! Before the permission updates, us AMs could still edit, but now since that user is level 3 (got tons of edits just locking things), we can’t do a thing. I’ve talked about that on another thread and someone told me you could lower the rank, so we’ll be able to edit what was locked.

Sorry I missed this earlier. I’ve unlocked a lot of the streets in question from the first link, as well as the ones specifically mentioned in the second link. As for that editor, I’ll leave a post for Waze Support again to see if they can reduce his editing rank – there’s no need for that kind of sloppy editing in a city that size.
FYI – you’ll probably find a lot of segments/junctions with my name on them that are not correct. Anything that’s messed up is the other guy’s fault 
– all I did was pick the locks so that the good editors of Montréal can fix the problems (except for a couple of glaring errors that I did take the time to correct, such as single-segment cul-de-sacs).
If you have any further problems with specific segments that still need unlocked, please post a new thread, and be sure to reference “Montréal” in the the thread subject so that I’ll see it. Again, sorry for the delay … enjoy your new editing freedom! 
Thanks a lot, reducing the rank would be very helpful, at least we will be able to edit where we have AM rights. The locks are everywhere in and outside Montréal, unlocking them all one by one would be really long.
Let’s hope Waze support will help us this time .
