Again, my reply from my other request:

If I could, I would. If no one has entered the city on any street in Waze before, you get a message that says, “You cannot add cities to this country. Please check the spelling of the city names you have added and try again.”

All I need is someone with the appropriate permissions to add the city to one segment and then I’ll be able to add that same city to all segments near it.
