Hey all,

As Partners Coordinators, you have a platform for doing some AMAZING things, and we’re so excited to hear all about them!
So we’ve created the Community: Partners collaboration form. We’d like you to fill this out whenever you meet with partners – whether they’re old, new, or potential partners from CCP, Broadcasters, GEP, and beyond.

Hi Hezibez … Some editors are making contacts with potential partners on their own. Can we share this form with them?

Should we fill form only after a face to face meeting? or when a mail contact is established too? Distances not allow always a real meet.

Yes of course you can, we know that there are many editors who are taking part in it.
I do believe it will be great, if you can guide them to it and make sure form your end that they documents it the best way.

Any kind of contact can go into this form.
There is no need for it to be face to face

I assume we are only requested to send in a submission of a specific partner once? Because the potential partner I submitted a couple of weeks ago has now agreed to sign the agreement (exciting!), but I’m uncertain whether you expect me to send in this form again with more data or just inform our SCM.

Good question - I think it’s a judgement call, if something meaningful happens with the same partner - new project etc. - we’d love to know about it. If it’s just a procedural step, we can skip it. We trust your judgement on this :slight_smile:
