New look and feel for maps on the US waze

You are welcome to see the new waze map scheme (for web) which was just uploaded to www.waze.com/livemap (US only at this time).
Note that since all map tiles are now, some map tiles will only be created by demand (i.e. the first time you view them), so uploading tiles in a close zoom could take a couple of seconds. However, once created, they will be uploaded in the normal reaction times.

Your feebdack is welcome. The new scheme will soon be uploaded to the world.waze.com/livemap as well - we’ll update as soon as it’s ready.

What an improvement!! Looks great - roll that onto the world server pronto!

Did I see a few “construction” report types in there too? Are they new or just not noticed before? Looked like they were tweet-sourced!

Okay… like the new look, but the map tiles are being generated wrong.

The closest zoom level is correct, but the any higher zoom level is showing red roads I deleted weeks ago.

Here is a sample at closest and if you zoom only one level out a whole bunch of roads that i know were red roads because of someone leaving record on all the time, show up.
