Can we localize this page so it reaches more editors?

Hi Anat,

The training video includes a section referring to the timespans of individual closures and the MTE itself:

I’m struggling to understand what prompted its inclusion or what it’s actually trying to tell us, because WME doesn’t impose any restrictions on adding closures to a MTE if their timespans fall outside that of the MTE, and once added they’re listed as expected in the events tab and handled correctly by the routing server - i.e. from my perspective as both an editor and end user of Waze, I can’t see any reason why we’d need to be warned about doing this.

Can you shed some light on why this section was included?

Thanks for this Video it is really good, and im sure many new editors and old editors will find this very helpful :+1::+1:

An excellent initiative, but location is key to fulfilling its purpose.

There seems to be an issue with the event notifications.
I haven’t received any notifications in several weeks. I have already created several sporting events in Antioquia - Colombia

Hi DavidAbarca, thanks for your question!
We are working to localize the course to additional languages. I’ll keep you posted when we have it ready

Hi @Anat-Z-Staff,

The following courses send the emails with the badge and the link to request to add it to the forum as shown in the image.

  • WME basics
  • Waze Advanced Training on Paths
  • Waze Advanced Training on Junction Boxes.

But the “WME Road Closures Training for Waze partners course” and “WME Road Closures and Events course” did not do it at the time, I don’t know if it is still the same nowadays.

I think that within the acknowledgements, if this email is not sent, it should be sent as with the other courses. And if this email is sent correctly, it should be resent to the users who completed it before the change.

It would also be nice if the communities could have links to these badge applications.

Regards.
