Hi Wazers!

We are happy to share that the Traffic Events and Road Closures Course has been officially updated with new content and three new videos for both partners and editors.

Check out this beautiful new video as part of the course:

What’s New in the January 2026 Update? This update ensures everyone has access to the most current processes and tools for effectively managing major traffic events.

  • New Video Content: An intro video specifically for partners, plus two detailed tutorials on adding/editing Traffic events and Road Closures..
  • New Traffic Event Categories:: Added “Local Driving Advisory” and “Unplanned Disruption.”
  • New Traffic Event Types: Introduced “Polygon-Based” and “Polygon and Closure-Based” event types.
  • Updated Protocols: Revised push notification time requirements and guidelines for the “Turn off traffic detection” box (previously “HOV/Service Road adjacent”).
  • New Tools: Added functionality to duplicate road closures and repeat closures for the following day.
  • Additional Features: Turn Closures and Node Management

we depend on these courses for upgrading editors levels, any editor with the earning badge of these courses is required for upgrading as local system in Iraq, so please make sure the badge appears on the user profile, thanks

That is great to hear! It is excellent that you are using these courses as a benchmark for leveling up editors in Iraq.

Regarding the badges – absolutely. We add a specific badge to the profile of anyone who completes the course.
