I signed up about two weeks ago. Went the 100, hit lots of ghosts, pumpkins, and dots as well as reported lots. Not a single point shows up - any ideas?
Are you looking at the correct server?
And check status.waze.com for information on why you may still not be showing any points until the processes are fixed and restarted.
I am looking at the correct server (www.waze.com since I am a Yank) and to tell you the truth I cannot comprehend what the status.waze.com is supposed to be telling me.
Summary: Points calculations are delayed right now. Waze is trying to ‘rebuild’ some of their processes etc to make them more reliable.
Your points are being tracked, just not being added up and displayed. They will update after Waze turns the point calculations back on.
Okay well I read previous posts on this thread and decided to comment because I am experiences the same problems. I have driven about 50 miles and I have reported incidents, hit pumpkins and other things on the map but no points are being logged. You mentioned that their servers were being worked on but that was back in october… It’s almost may now, a whole different season, and these problems seem to be continuing. What’s the deal?
The dashboard usually updates once every day, but since you just joined it may take a day or two for it to start going… As usual make sure you are on the correct server…
Note also the date on the dashboard.
US dashboard says last update 4/16
World says 4/13
So, obviously they haven’t run the process in a while on the world server. Unfortunately not an uncommon occurrence during this period while they are trying to rework the server code to handle the load.
Also note that the dashboard time only includes points in routes analyzed up to that point. If there are delays in processing the data from your drives, this might also impact point calculations.
Hey, im from Costa Rica and I have the same problem, my dashboard says I have no points,no drives, no reports… I´ve logged on in the right server world.waze.com, and I´ve been using waze for over 2 months… please help me!
