I have a UR where a “no u turn” sign has been added at a junction on a dual carriageway.
First, this is locked at L4. 
Second, I don’t know how to fix it. :?
Advice or a fix please.
As far as I can tell, Waze is already avoiding any U-turns at that junction:

I don’t understand how the user got given that route. I did notice that the user had taken (or been taken) on a peculiar route up Hazelwood Gr before then, so something odd was happening at the time.
